We are seeking a Data Analytics Graduate to join our Data Analytics team at Kmart. 

As a Data Analytics Graduate you will work on solving exciting retail problems and opportunities by leveraging cutting edge data and analytics technologies. You will have the opportunity to work in the area of merchandise, customer and operational analytics. The problems you will work on will vary from using Generative AI & Computer Vision for design, Forecasting models to predict sales & transactions, Optimisation techniques to improve and augment processes and Natural Language Processing for customer, product & competition intelligence.

On a day-to-day basis, as a Data Analytics Graduate you will get to draw actionable insights by analysing data, building models that power the various analytics products and interacting with business users.

Team members in the Data Analytics team are based in both Kmart's National Office in Mulgrave, and our KAS Services office in Bangalore, India. 

To be eligible for our 2024 Graduate Program, you'll need to:

• Be an Australian/New Zealand citizen or Australian permanent resident
• Have completed an undergraduate or postgraduate degree within the last 3 years of program start date (e.g. 2021, 2022, 2023 or January 2024)
• Be able to commence full time employment commencing February 2024
• Be willing to permanently relocate to Melbourne at own cost (if necessary)
• Have studied the relevant degree/discipline

As a Data Analyst Graduate, you'll need to have a tertiary qualification in Maths, Statistics, Actuarial Sciences, Business or Economics
