As a participant of the two-year Lendlease Graduate Program you will be supported through a structured learning and development program, rotations, dynamic managers, various on the job activities, networking, and social activities – allowing you to build lasting relationships with both senior leaders and fellow graduates.

We are offering the following Graduate Program roles for 2025

Graduate Site Engineer – as part of the wider project team, you will be involved in the coordination and monitoring of activities and efforts of contractors and suppliers onsite to ensure construction is completed within schedule and costs. You may be working on delivery of small to large sized project and programs of work ranging from $100mil to $1.2bil. Our projects vary across commercial workplace, education, residential and retail sectors.

Degrees suitable for Site Engineers:

Bachelor of Construction management, Civil Engineering, Project Management, Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Architecture and Design

Cost Planning Graduate – specialise in providing accurate measure of quantities, effective use of ‘Value Engineering’ to optimise client value, reducing risk and analysing data in controlling design to a defined set of cost parameters.

Degrees suitable for Cost Planning: Quantity Surveying/Cost-Planning, Construction & Project Management, Engineering (Civil/Structural, Electrical, Mechanical, Mechatronics/Robotics) 

Commercial Graduate – fill a business-oriented position within a project, where you will be responsible for overseeing and managing the finance performance of a project through the identification and management of risk and opportunities through the various stages of a project lifecycle including contract management.

Degrees suitable for Commercial: Engineering, Construction & Project Management or Business/Commerce/Law 

Development (Property) Graduate you will be involved in the development of communities, inner city mixed-used developments, apartments, retirement, commercial assets, and social and economic infrastructure.

Degrees suitable for Development: Property Development & Property Economics, Construction Management or Business/Commerce/Law 

Investment Management Graduate - As an Investment Management Graduate, you will work alongside the wider teams responsible in delivering our long-term investment returns and active asset management strategies. Undertaking a minimum of three rotations, you will assist in the preparation and coordination of quarterly investor reporting within the required time frame, support the team to undertake valuation sensitivity work and provide assistance in development asset plans. This role is based in our corporate offices. 

Degrees suitable for Investment Management: Property Development & Property Economics, Business/Commerce/Law, Finance 

Safety (EH&S) - you will become a specialist in EHS through developing comprehensive knowledge of EHS and embedding our principles of Environment Health and safety throughout the lifecycle of an operational project (design, deliver, operate) You will undertake analysis to identify environment, health, and safety issues to inform and develop new strategies and initiatives, support current EHS programs and gain advisory experience within one of the Lendlease Australia businesses.

Degrees suitable for Safety (EH&S): Science (Occupational Health & Safety, Environmental Health) 

Eligibility & Commitment

  • Graduated with a relevant bachelor’s degree between 2022-2024
  • At time of application candidates must hold Australian/ New Zealand citizenship or Permanent Residency
  • Role will commence in February 2025
