About being an Environment, Health & Safety Graduate

As an EHS Graduate, you will undertake three rotations and become a specialist in EHS through developing comprehensive knowledge and embedding in our principles of Environmental, Health and Safety throughout the lifecycle of an operational project (design, deliver, operate). You will undertake analysis to identify environment, health and safety issues to inform and develop new strategies and initiatives, support current EHS programs and gain advisory experience within one of the Lendlease Australian businesses. This role is predominantly based on-site with some time in our corporate offices.  

Preferred degrees: Science (Occupational Health & Safety, Environmental Health)

As a participant of the two-year Lendlease Graduate Program, you will be supported through a structured learning and development program which showcases, rotations, dynamic managers, various on the job activities, networking, and social activities – enabling you to build lasting relationships across the Lendlease enterprise.

To be eligible to join Lendlease as a Graduate, you will : 

  • Graduate with a relevant bachelor’s degree between 2021-2023
  • At time of application, hold Australian/ New Zealand Citizenship or Permanent Residency
  • Be able to commence on a full-time basis in February 2024

Timeline of Recruitment Process: 

  • Applications close July 31st, 2023
  • Eligible applications will be prompted to complete an Online Skills Assessment
  • Next stage will progress to Video Interview 
  • Final stage will be a Group Activity & an Interview, taking place from Mid-September until October
