What role will you play?
As part of our Winter Development Program, you’ll learn about our business, gaining valuable insights into our global corporate M&A, advisory, equities, investment, asset management or trading capabilities. You’ll be exposed to the workings of real deals, transactions and investments, while learning new skills and building your professional network.

You will receive hands on and formal training, and be supported by your buddy, mentor and colleagues. This is a full-time 3-week internship internship offering competitive remuneration where all participants are eligible to be fast-tracked for our Summer Internship program.

Macquarie Capital
From M&A and capital markets to principal and equities, in Macquarie Capital you’ll gain valuable insights across our full spectrum of capital solutions in a team with global reach.

Macquarie Asset Management
From managing electricity networks, renewable energy platforms, and farms to investing in hospitals, aged-care facilities and other essential businesses. In this team, you’ll gain an insight into how we deliver innovative investment solutions to clients across a range of solutions.
