Our Data & Analytics experience is a two year, accelerated development program designed to set you up for success on your path to becoming a future leader at Mars. You will develop across two assignments, starting in our Sales function, which are real roles delivering real results for Mars. 

Working at our Mars Wrigley head office in Melbourne, VIC where our teams develop the likes of Mars, M&Ms, Snickers and Malteasers   you will join our Strategic Revenue Management team and have the opportunity to gain exposure to a variety of roles across Product Design, Data Analysis, Project Management and Predictive Modelling  

Key Responsibilities 

  • Product design : Contribute to the design of data & analytics products to support functions across the business
  • Data Analysis: Collect, clean, and analyze large datasets using various tools and programming languages (e.g., Python, R, SQL) to derive meaningful insights and support data-driven decision-making processes.
  • Report creation: Create clear and concise reports and visualizations to communicate findings and key performance indicators (KPIs) to stakeholders, enabling them to understand complex data trends easily.
  • Data Management: Assist in maintaining data integrity, security, and governance by adhering to data management and documentation standards. 
  • Predictive Modelling: Collaborate with Finance (internally and in 3rd parties) to develop predictive models and machine learning algorithms to address critical business questions.
  • Project Management: Monitor and report on the delivery of key initiatives to assist the team in ensuring milestones and deliverables are met on time, within budget and to agreed quality standards.
