Your Opportunity

We have an exciting opportunity for an Investor Relations Associate to join our Sydney Team. You will be responsible for the delivery and management of a broad range of activities and information that contribute to the overall achievement of the investor relations strategy. This is a great opportunity to grow your financial markets expertise and deliver high quality communication materials to the investment community and provide valuable feedback to key internal stakeholders

Your responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Assist in the preparation of investor relations deliverables (Full Year, Half Year, Quarter 1 and Quarter 3, AGM, Investor days) including
  • Ownership and responsibility for appendix documents (additional information, property compendium)
  • Involvement in design and templates of reporting materials  
  • Data verification coordination and management
  • Creation of insightful listed markets and peer analysis to be used with internal stakeholders including board and ELT 
  • Oversee maintenance of IR Insight Nasdaq system (Investor Relations investor database)
  • Analyzing investor register and contact trends to create and prepare insightful reports to drive future investor targeting initiatives.
  • Management of the Investor relations inbox and managing incoming investor requests
  • Responsible for management of incoming broker research, preparation and maintenance of broker earnings consensus including analysis of segment forecasts
  • Responsible for maintenance of the Investor Relations website, ensuring information is up to date and ASX announcements loaded in a timely fashion across all platforms
  • Foster relationships with internal Digital team to enhance IR website
  • Ownership and verification of the Property portfolio, updating data every HY and FY per the Property Compendium
  • Working with the IR team on planning, seamless planning, delivery and management of market leading Investor events and materials including investor days and asset tours, domestic & offshore roadshows and conferences and forming strong relationships across Mirvac and externally with brokers, domestic and offshore investors and key external service providers. 
  • Assist in the preparation of Investor Relations internal reporting (e.g. Board papers, strategy documents)
  • Assist in liaising with various internal departments and institutional investors/analysts to ensure accurate and informative responses to investor/analyst questions
  • Work with the IR and broader Stakeholder Relations team to ensure the Group communications deliver a consistent message across all platforms
  • Continue to evolve and improve the efficiency of reporting processes and outputs
  • Provide a high level of support and assistance to the GM Investor Relations & Senior IR Manager

Your point of difference

Relevant tertiary qualifications, experience in financial analysis, modelling and communications with strong analytical and report writing skills (Excel Skills is essential)

Experience in a property or investment organisation desirable as well as a High integrity individual with a strong connection to Mirvac’s values and commitment to acting in the interest of our investors

You will have the ability to co-ordinate and manage the delivery of projects, prioritise competing projects and work to deadlines and under high pressure situations

Finally, you will think analytically and independently with strong written and verbal communication skills and a team player attitude with a willingness to learn and grow
