Development Internship – Digital & Sales Marketing

As a Digital and Sales Marketing Intern you will assist both the Residential Digital team and the NSW Residential Marketing team working closely with the wider National Sales and Marketing team across both our Apartments and Masterplanned Communities portfolio to deliver exceptional customer experiences and improve digital touch points for our internal and external stakeholders.

Below we have outlined what is included in this combined internship role:

Digital - you will have access to group activities including, website updates, organising and developing social posts and improving SEO and website optimisation. You will also conduct analysis, prepare reports and assist with any queries and ad-hoc tasks.Sales Marketing - you will be involved in project launches and events, online marketing imagery, website maintenance, marketing campaigns (digital and print), budgeting, reports, invoices and marketing briefs and presentations. As a part of this internship, you will also attend and book meetings, ensuring agendas and minutes are completed. The internship will allow you to engage and collaborate with many stakeholders across the business.

You will also have access to broader Group activities including the chance to contribute to a group Intern Innovation project, take part in social events, visit and learn more about our development sites and investment properties. Our mentoring program will help you be at your best and gain the most out of your time at Mirvac.

Mirvac’s internship program is designed to assist you in building your career in the Property & Construction Industry during your final year of studies.

• One year Internship in your area of study, around your study schedule
• Rotations across job families and asset classes to support a diverse experience

• Corporate learning programs to build upon your professional and technical skills
• Property education modules
• Networking opportunities across business teams and our Executive Leadership Team
• Guided lectures each week from our Management Leadership Teams
• Support structure including a Manager, Buddy, Mentor and Intern Program HR Team

About you

Are you passionate about the property industry and thrive in a fast paced, dynamic environment? Do you look forward to challenges, are open to learning and possess excellent communication skills?

Applications are open to those who are completing a bachelor’s or master’s degree in any of the following: Marketing, Media and Communications, Advertising, Digital or Business Studies and are in their penultimate year of studies and due to graduate in 2024.

This role is open to Australian / New Zealand citizens, Australian permanent residents and international students eligible to work in Australia full time.
