Funds Management Internship – NSW

As a Funds Management Intern you will rotate through the division gaining exposure to fund analytics, investor relations, operations and more. You will assume various aspects of managing investors and support the team with acquisitions, disposals, scenario modelling, reporting, queries and analysis. Additionally, the role will work on projects that enhance efficiency and increase governance across the division.  

The Funds Management division is a new and thriving division, managing approximately $17bn of third party real estate capital across Office, Industrial and Build to Rent. Leveraging the Mirvac Group’s integrated model of design, construction, development, asset management and funds management we have an incredible opportunity to continue our growth in this division.

Internship Structure

Mirvac’s internship program is designed to assist you in building your career in the Property & Construction Industry during your final year of studies.

• One year Internship in your area of study, around your study schedule
• Rotations across job families and asset classes in some divisions to support a diverse experience
• Participation in a Hatch Innovation Project
• Asset site tours
• Corporate learning programs to build upon your professional and technical skills
• Property education modules
• Networking opportunities across business teams and our Executive Leadership Team
• Guided lectures each week from our Management Leadership Teams
• Support structure including a Manager, Buddy, Mentor and Intern Program HR Team

About you

Are you passionate about the property industry and thrive in a fast paced, dynamic environment? Are you open to learning and do you look forward to new challenges? 

If you meet the following criteria, please apply:

• Penultimate year of your Bachelor or Masters’ degree in Commerce, Business or Property Economics and due to graduate in 2024
• Available to work a minimum of 2-3 days per week
• Australian / New Zealand citizens, Australian permanent residents and international students eligible to work in Australia full time
• Willingness to learn and be curious
