Asset Management Intern, Office & Industrial

As an intern in our Property team based either at our premier Melbourne or Sydney locations, you’ll have the opportunity to assist with property related administrative tasks such as HSE, Sustainability, financial reporting/invoicing, property administration, property management, leasing and customer engagement. You’ll also have exposure to our exciting project sites around Sydney and Melbourne CBD.

Mirvac doesn’t just develop assets – we also construct, operate and own them which gives us a unique end-to-end capability, and the platform to co-create with partners at every stage of the process. Being an owner and manager also means we have a vested interest in the long-term success of our office & industrial assets, including those available for leasing.

Internship Overview

Mirvac’s internship program is designed to assist you in building your career in the Property & Construction Industry during your final year of studies.

• One year Internship in your area of study, around your study schedule
• Rotations across job families and asset classes in some divisions to support a diverse experience
• Participation in a Hatch Innovation Project
• Asset site tours
• Corporate learning programs to build upon your professional and technical skills
• Property education modules
• etworking opportunities across business teams and our Executive Leadership Team
• Guided lectures each week from our Management Leadership Teams
• Support structure including a Manager, Buddy, Mentor and Intern Program HR Team

About you

Are you passionate about the property industry and thrive in a fast paced, dynamic environment? Are you open to learning and do you look forward to new challenges? If you meet the following criteria please apply:

• Penultimate year of your Bachelor or Masters’ degree in Property or Asset Management, Property Economics or Property Valuation and due to graduate in 2024
• Available to work a minimum of 2-3 days per week
• Australian / New Zealand citizens, Australian permanent residents and international students eligible to work in Australia full time
• You are a team player with a positive attitude, willingness to embrace learning and the ability to problem solve and take initiative
• Prior experience in the Construction industry would be advantageous but not essential e.g., design, civil engineering, construction or trades
