Opportunity

Mirvac NSW Construction’s Cadet and Graduate opportunities are designed to assist you in building your career in the Property & Construction Industry. You will apply your university knowledge to various building construction projects, job activities and real-world scenarios, whilst engaging in a range of structured learning and development programs to build upon your professional and technical skills.

At Mirvac you will be supported by management, a ‘buddy’ and mentors, as well as exposed to a range of networking opportunities with business stakeholders and leaders.

Mirvac Construction have a range of opportunities across multiple disciplines including:

  • Project Management (Onsite)
  • Design Management (Head Office or Onsite)
  • Cost Planning
  • Post Completions Management
  • Health Safety and Environment Management (Onsite)
  • Commercial (Onsite)

Requirements

To be eligible for our Cadet or Graduate roles you must be a Permanent Resident, Australian Citizen, or unlimited working right visa, and available to work a minimum of 4 days per week. 
You will be a student (minimum second year) or graduate from the following disciplines (but not limited to):

  • Construction or Project Management
  • Engineering (Civil, Electrical, Mechanical, Environmental)
  • Architecture / Design
  • Property Development
  • Quantity Surveying
  • Digital Engineering
  • Construction Economics

To be successful, you will have the ability to work both autonomously and in a team environment, whilst thinking creatively to problem solve in a fast-paced dynamic environment. Strong communication and collaboration skills will be key, to build strong, respectful relationships with internal and external stakeholders. You will be passionate about delivering customer focused quality and leaving a positive legacy in the communities in which you operate.
