We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Graduate Business Advisor to join our Business Advisory division in our Adelaide office and become a part of our 2024 Graduate Program. 

This role will see you predominately working with our agricultural clients, so if you come from a background of agricultural science and are seeking a graduate opportunity that offers hands-on experience early on, look no further! 
 

Graduate Program

  • In your first 2 weeks as a Moore Australia (VIC) Graduate you will participate in a structured Graduate Orientation.
  • Orientation will consist of a mixture of activities including getting to know your colleagues, your buddy, and your team; introductions to all our service lines by various managers from each division; systems training; compliance programs; external speakers and lunch with our CEO.
  • You will have the opportunity to meet our National Team and connect with other Graduates across our Australia network.
  • You will take a deep dive into your chosen service line, with a comprehensive training program to gain a strong understanding of your new role, equipped with the skills to move your career forward.
  • You will learn about all the Learning and Development opportunities available to you, including the CA Program, and our ongoing Moore Australia Graduate training programs.
     

As a Graduate Business Advisor in our Business Advisory team, you will be involved in:

  • Meeting preparation including preparing agendas, reviewing cashflow budgets and compiling profit budgets
  • Shadowing and facilitating client meetings
  • Liaising with internal and external stakeholders to complete client work e.g., bank managers, solicitors
  • Prepare, review, and analyse client cashflow budgets.
  • Assess client business profitability through preparation of Quick Business Analysis.
  • Deliver high quality project work for existing clients.
  • Develop new client projects (e.g., client benchmarking and financial reporting).

Eligibility

To be eligible for this program you must have:

  • Bachelor of Agricultural Science or similar undergraduate degree.
  • Completed an undergraduate or postgraduate degree in the past two years (i.e., 2022 or 2023) or be due to complete it by the end of January 2024.
