Application Process:

1. Complete the online application form and include your: a. Cover letter (please reference the Graduate Program) b. Resume c. Most recent academic transcript.
2. Once our applications have closed, the People and Culture team will assess all applications and conduct initial screening interviews on Zoom.
3. Successful candidates will be invited to our Assessment Centre, which includes a panel interview alongside psychometric and personality testing.
4. Reference checks will be conducted.
5. The selection Panel will review all candidates based on merit, taking into consideration all aspects of the selection process.
6. Formal offers will be issued to successful candidates.

Who Can Apply?

Our Graduate Program is open to university students who have recently completed their degree or are in their last year of university and are studying Bachelor of Commerce degree or similar.
