As a Graduate at nbn, you’ll have the chance to work alongside inspiring leaders and creative thinkers as you propel your career with 3 tailored rotations during your 18-month program, collaborating with innovators in your field, as we help lift Australia’s digital capability. 

As a Systems Engineering and Operations Graduate (internally known as SEO), you will be part of the team responsible for designing and delivering technology solutions that help nbn to build, connect, fix, operate and improve services for customers. You will have the opportunity to work across various teams focussing on things such as architecture and delivery, technology transformation, development, security,  operations and business enablement. 

Graduates who are interested in contributing to the SEO team will likely have an educational background in Engineering (Computer Systems, Network, Software, Telecommunications), Computer Science, Information Systems, Information Technology, IT and Telecommunications, Cyber Security, Data Science or Analytics, Mathematics.

To be eligible for our 2024 Graduate cohort you’ll:

  • Be in your final year of study or have completed a relevant undergraduate degree or postgraduate degree in the last 3 years (or be due to complete by January 2024)
  • Be an Australian or New Zealand citizen or Australian Permanent Resident

Salary range of $75,000 - $80,000 (inclusive of superannuation)
