As a Graduate at nbn, you’ll have the chance to work alongside inspiring leaders and creative thinkers as you propel your career with 4 tailored rotations during your 2 years program, collaborating with innovators in your field, as we help lift Australia’s digital capability.   

As a Graduate in Operations, you will be coming into the program that is transitioning our customers to fibre to the premises connection. Your tasks will align with Business Implementation and Operations supports. Our nbn Operations function with performance, risk, and business management.  The team is accountable for the company's fibre upgrade program Therefore, you need to ensure key networks are build, make sure order and connection milestones are met, and put in place strategies to uplift performance.   

Graduates suited for the Ops team, are likely focused on customer engagement, supply, business industry and operations, and strategy. The types of educational backgrounds that would be advantageous are Commerce, Engineering and Project Coordination

To be eligible for our 2025 Graduate you’ll:  

• Be in your final year of study or have completed a relevant undergraduate degree or postgraduate degree in the last 3 years (or be due to complete by January 2025)  
• Be an Australian or New Zealand citizen or Australian Permanent Resident  

Salary range of $75,000 - $80,000 (inclusive of superannuation)
