Let’s talk about this role

Reporting to the Manager – Insights & Data, your new role will see you provide timely, relevant, and accurate customer and behavioural insights to internal and external stakeholders within the global nib Travel business.

You will apply analytical expertise, knowledge of data science techniques and principles, communication skills and problem-solving ability to help maximize the use of nib’s data assets.  The role will contribute to a culture of data-led decision making, communicating results and recommendations to key stakeholders.

This is an 8 month FTC covering for maternity leave.

Let’s talk about you

  • Degree qualification or close to completion in Mathematics, Statistics, Actuarial, Computer Science, or related discipline
  • Advanced analytical and problem-solving abilities – experience in Tableau, coding in SQL, R, Python desirable but not essential
  • Desire to innovate in all aspects of the role
  • Self-motivated, curious to learn new technologies and methods to pursue continuous business improvement
  • Passion for enabling timely decision making based on data driven insights
