Overview

Our Business Internship offers an accelerated experience into life as a P&G leader giving you the opportunity to lead a real world challenge with a high level of responsibility! You will dive right in on one of our current business opportunities and work with multi-functional business stakeholders to produce real-life strategies to the business! You will have business responsibilities from Day 1.

Responsibilities

· Lead and develop a proposal for real-world implementation

· Analyse business opportunity using internal and external data

· Partner with multi-functional teams to develop a comprehensive and well-rounded recommendation

· Partner with design & execution teams to execute campaigns as needed (media, digital, instore, PR).

Your Team

As an intern at P&G you will work with a multi-functional teams; Brand, Sales, Finance and Product Supply teams working with managers who have different functional expertise and background. Doing an internship with us a way to experience the company from within, and for us to get to know you, meaning that a lot of time will be invested in your development.

Business internships are only available in our Sydney Office – Macquarie Park.

Job Qualifications

· Australian Citizen, Permanent Resident or NZ Residents

· Penultimate student preferably studying Business/Commerce

· Able to work full-time as an intern from 24 June 2024 – 20 July 2024. In addition, we would require you to be available on 29 April & 6 May for full day training workshops.

· Strong communication skills 

· Like to bring creativity & innovation 

· Collaborate well with diverse groups of people
