 Transformation Graduate Program Overview

18-months | 3 different teams | 6-month rotations | permanent role

Our transformation graduate program is a dive into the world of projects at QBE. Our Australia and Pacific Island (AUSPAC) division is on a 5-year modernisation journey that creates lots of exciting project work. Think project management, business analysis, and change management. Opportunities to experience a rotation in a global project team too, liaising with QBE in North America, Europe and Asia. 

Rotations 

Transformation graduate rotations are flexible within our AUSPAC transformation office and wider business, including our Group (global) head office teams. We focus on your skill build (technical and soft skills) and level of exposure across our business when discussing your rotation journey.

Why submit an expression of interest? 

An expression of interest is an indication that you’d like to learn more before applying. Throughout the expression of interest period (8th May to 2nd July), we will be hosting events to make sure you have all the information you need to make an informed decision on whether our program is right for you. 

We will cover lots of topics, including: 

· Deep insights into each program stream.

· The recruitment and selection process.

· The graduate experience including rotations and learning & development. 

· What life is really like working at QBE.

When applications formally open on 3rd July, those who have submitted an expression of interest will be the first to be notified.

Eligibility 

To be eligible for our graduate program, you must have:

· Completed a bachelor or postgraduate degree within the two years prior to the graduate program start date (12/02/24).

· Unrestricted working rights in Australia.
