As an ESG and Climate Graduate at RSM, you will have the opportunity to develop and apply your environmental knowledge to business decision making, understand the risks and opportunities of climate change to a wide variety of industries, undertake emissions calculations, and prepare sustainability reports!

About You:

  • Currently studying towards a bachelor’s degree in Environment, Natural Sciences, Sustainability or Engineering.
  • You are in your final year of study at university, or have already graduated;
  • Have an interest in supporting business in integrating sustainability across the business, reporting and communicating sustainability efforts and support risk assessments;
  • Able to effectively communicate with clients and colleagues;
  • Enjoy solving problems;
  • Can contribute to a team dynamic and bring your unique skills and ideas to the table;
  • A can-do attitude and a passion for continuous learning and professional growth;
  • Australian citizen, permanent resident, or visa holder with full working rights in Aus.
