As a Global Employer Services Tax Graduate at RSM, you will have the opportunity to focus on employment tax, wage compliance, and broader expatriate tax related matters for our clients and clients of RSM offices internationally. The type of work will vary from researching, consulting, developing technology tools, and tax compliance. As part of the Sydney tax team you will have the opportunity to learn and develop whilst assisting senior members of the team.

What does the Global Employer Services Tax division do?

  • Develop tax technology tools and data analytics to provide unique insights and solve client problems
  • Employer wage compliance reviews
  • Advice on employment tax and expatriate tax, including optimisation of these obligations.

About You:

  • Available to start early 2024; 
  • A Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Tax, Business Law/Law;
  • Able to effectively communicate with clients and colleagues;
  • Can contribute to a team dynamic and bring your unique skills and ideas to the table;
  • Possess a can-do attitude and a passion for continuous learning and professional growth;
  • Interest in technology solutions, and solving bespoke client problems
  • Australian citizen, permanent resident, or visa holder with full working rights in Australia.
