About the Program 

Our 2-year Strategy and Operations grad program offers an exceptional foundation, where you will enhance your analytical and problem-solving skills, and gain hands-on operational experience. You will rapidly grow professionally, and immediately experience the impact your work makes on fellow SEEKers and our customers. 

When you start, you will: 

  • Be setup for success with our accelerator training program
  • Explore four 6-month rotations across different areas of the business, such as core strategy, artificial intelligence (AI), product development, commercial excellence and our internal start-ups
  • Have a dedicated career coach, a seasoned leader within the business, who will support, guide and mentor you in your early career and beyond 
  • Drive decisions that have real-time impact and shape our business priorities 
  • Learn from senior leaders and subject matter experts with diverse backgrounds, including global technology companies and management consulting 
  • Work on platforms with millions of monthly users, across more than a dozen countries, including developing, early-stage and mature businesses 
  • Be paid $95,000 + super + annual performance bonus

When you finish, the pathways are endless. You’ll be a well-rounded and trusted advisor and as a permanent employee from the beginning, you’ll have access to roles across the business. Our Grad alumni have moved into various roles across SEEK; Strategy Analyst, Product Manager, Commercial Analyst and more. 

Qualifications
Who we’re SEEKing 

To be eligible to apply: 

You are in the final year of your degree (or completed in the last two years) in any field 

  • You meet one of the below working rights: 
  • You are an Australian citizen; or 
  • Hold an Australian permanent visa; or 
  • Hold a Special Category Visa (if a New Zealand citizen living in Australia); or 
  • Hold a temporary visa with unrestricted work rights at the commencement of the 2025 intake year for a term of 2 or more years (e.g. Temporary Graduate, Secondary 457/TSS, Provisional Partner visa)  
  • Please note applications are open to candidates who are currently on a restricted Student Visa, if you have the correct unrestricted valid visa at the commencement of the program 
  • You’ll be ready to move to Melbourne (if you're not already here).

After you submit an application, you may be invited to take part in an online assessment

An assessment day will be held on 22 April, followed by final interviews on 29 April. Please note you must be available on these dates to be part of the recruitment process (assessments will be completed in person for candidates in Victoria and via Zoom for candidates outside of Victoria).
