We have a fantastic opportunity for someone wanting a career in sales, to join the S Connect team within Commercial Property as a Pop Up and Advertising Executive. You will be managing the work for Stockland Balgowlah, Wetherill Park, Merrylands, and Piccadilly retail assets.

About the role

Your role will work on prospect, pitch, package and sell solution-based concepts to clients that result in budget achievement per quarter and annum. Build and maintain effective working relationships with all internal and external to deliver the best outcome for the business.

Responsibilities will include but not limited to:

· Maintain, manage, and grow S Connect pop up and advertising income by achieving and exceeding the yearly budget for the specified centres.

· Develop new business strategies and packaged solutions for prospective and existing clients that are in line with client objectives (solution selling).

· Establish high quality leads and a strong pipeline ongoing that is in line with ensuring budget achievement.

· Pitching, proposal writing, presenting, negotiating and effective delivery/execution per client/campaign.

· Ongoing client retention, growth, and new business development.

· Establish appropriate industry relationships.

· Best practice campaign execution per booking and across designated portfolio.

· Prospect and source clients who are synergistic with Stockland strategy and values.

About you

What you will bring to the role is;

· Your strong sales experience and the drive to work to achieving goals and budgets

· Background within a sales environment such as retail, media or real estate industry or a similar industry is preferred

· You may bring experience in business development, packaged selling, working with existing clients, and compliance or potentially exposure to any of these areas

· Ability to build strong relationships will be key

· Not afraid of cold calling, face-to-face or phone

· Described as a driven individual you bring energy, enthusiasm, and willingness to learn

· Ability to prioritise, action immediately and with urgency

· Thrive on working in a fast paced, deadline driven environment

· You will be an excellent verbal and written communicator

· Must have your own reliable transport is essential
