What you’ll do 

The Graduate Program is a chance for you to gain experience and build real connections, getting exposure to a range of different and dynamic teams and business areas. You’ll get to work with some senior business leaders and receive training that’s a mixture of structured and on-the-job aimed at helping you decide where you’d like to grow.

By the time the program wraps up, you’ll be equipped with a broad set of skills, in-depth knowledge of the Suncorp Group and the ways we make a difference for our customers, and a clearer idea of just how you’d like to chase your own ambitions.

The Internship Program has been designed for students in their penultimate year of study who are looking for valuable on-the-job development and learning that will help them with the remainder of their study.

The program runs in the summer break from November to February each year with a two-week break during the Christmas/New Year period. Applications open and are advertised in August each year.

To be eligible for the Suncorp 2024 Graduate Program you must have:

  • Full working rights in Australia or New Zealand
  • Studying or have studied at an Australian or New Zealand university.
  • Completed a minimum of undergraduate level study within the last two years, or will complete a minimum of undergraduate level study prior to the program commencing.
  • Minimum ‘pass’ grade

To be eligible for the Suncorp 2023/2024 Internship Program

  • Full working rights in Australia.
  • Studying at an Australian university.
  • Completed a minimum of 24 months of undergraduate level study.
  • Minimum ‘pass’ grade.
