What you’ll do 

The Graduate Program is a chance for you to gain experience and build real connections, getting exposure to a range of different and dynamic teams and business areas. You’ll get to work with some senior business leaders, and receive training that’s a mixture of structured and on-the-job aimed at helping you decide where you’d like to grow and develop. 

By the time the program is complete you’ll be equipped with a broad set of skills, in-depth knowledge of the Suncorp Group and the ways we make a difference for our customers, and a clearer idea of just how you’d like to chase your own ambitions.

Business Banking Graduate (Brisbane)

Suncorp’s Business Banking teams are relied on to provide foundation solutions and services to meet customer needs; their contribution plays a critical role in sustaining the success that puts our bank at the front and centre of the communities we are passionate to serve.  

In Business Banking we service customers operating in the broad range of industries who require relationship sales and service from dedicated Business Bankers. Graduates typically rotate in teams across the value chain, such as Commercial Finance, Operations, Products and Projects.

Agribusiness Graduate (Regional QLD, NSW & VIC)

As an Agribusiness Banking Graduate, you will experience three eight-month rotations within different rural business areas in Regional QLD, NSW or VIC, with the opportunity to get involved across the value chain in Operations, Products and Projects. Farmers are the backbone of Australia, and they rely on the expertise and understanding of our dedicated Relationship Managers to help their businesses reach their full potential

To be eligible for the Suncorp 2024 Graduate Program you must have:

• Full working rights in Australia or New Zealand
• Partial or full completion of undergraduate level study with an Australian or New Zealand University (or equivalent Tertiary Institution) within the last 3 years (2021 - 2023), and have completed a minimum of undergraduate level study prior to the program commencing
• Minimum ‘pass’ grade
