The Thales Graduate Program is a two year program commencing in February 2024. What makes us different from the rest?

About Your Role

· Provide advice on environment and sustainability matters across all divisions of Thales Australia

· Assist with the development, implementation and execution of the local strategies, aligning to Group requirements and aspirations, working with a range of internal and external customers as well as relevant regulators 

· Actively support the National Environment and Sustainability Manager in ensuring local and Group goals are met

· Assure Thales’ activities are undertaken in compliance with environmental regulations and licences

· Provide support to assure environmental considerations inclusive of but not limited to the circular economy, waste management, atmospheric emissions, water management, biodiversity and pollution prevention across the operations.

· Assist with environment and environmental sustainability reporting obligations required by Thales Group and Thales Australia

How About You?

· Recently degree qualified in Environmental Engineering, Environmental Science, Environmental Management, Environmental studies or a related degree, or be in the final year of completing for graduation end of 2023

· You have strong communication skills and can easily build relationships

· Understanding of environmental regulations locally and globally

· Ability to research, formulate and implement environmental policies and programs across organisational boundaries,

· Ability to analyse data, generate reports and contribute to continuous improvement programs.
