Our Team

Our Protected Vehicles team works closely with clients to design, manufacture, maintain and upgrade protected vehicles that keep people safe, all around the world. Our state-of-the-art workshops are set up to help us deliver Hawkei and Bushmaster military vehicles to strict defence standards – and set our people on rewarding career paths.

Your Role

Working from our Bendigo site on Dja Dja Wurrung land, you can expect to rotate between multiple departments. On any one day you might

• Help to design, develop and validate components and systems for our defence vehicles
• Interpret our customer requirements and provide design solutions including engineering analysis and investigation
• Undertake learning and training activities to develop skills and experience as a Graduate Engineer

Long term depending on your interest and passion you will either transition into a Hardware/Design or Industrial/Process Engineering role.

Your Experience

What we value most from our graduates is a willingness to learn and the confidence to offer solutions, however there are a few other things you need to consider:

• This role is located in Bendigo, living locally is important due to the onsite nature of the work
• Recently degree qualified in Mechanical, Electrical, Mechatronics, Automotive or Industrial Engineering
• A true desire to work in a diverse team towards a common goal
