Our Team

Our Above Water Systems team provides design services for commercial and naval ships – as well as providing in-service support capabilities. We’re proud to bolster Australia’s sovereign capability through operational support to our Navy. With ongoing training programs and a team of over 500, our people have room to grow and move as they make a meaningful contribution to Australia’s Defence.

Your Role

Located centrally in Woolloomooloo’s Garden Island, on Gadigal land you will enjoy seeing your work come to life on a variety of vessels.

Some daily tasks you can expect to do are: 

• Undertake activities like Combat System design, development, integration and testing
• Ensure adequate recording, investigation, analysis and tracking, through to resolution of trouble reports
• Conducting data analysis in support of customer/end user activities, including operator training, system performance assessments and system grooming

Your Experience

What we value most from our graduates is a willingness to learn and the confidence to offer solutions, however the below will also come in handy

• Recently degree qualified in any Engineering discipline  
• A true desire to work in a diverse team towards a common goal
• Leadership experience demonstrated through previous employment or extra-curricular activities whilst studying university
