R&D Graduate – Sydney, NSW: 

Your responsibilities will include: 

  • Working with procurement to identify relevant ingredient suppliers for the idea
  • Sourcing and testing ingredients by completing lab and pilot plant trials as well as manipulating recipes to achieve the desired outcome 
  • Collecting, analysing, and reporting on data from lab and pilot plant trials, as well as data from production runs of the existing product
  • Providing recommendation and next steps for the project idea
  • Potential to see idea through to launch depending on complexity of project and resources available to support

Learning opportunities:  

Learn Product Development principles and processes, technical knowledge of ingredients and baking, how to operate with an innovative mindset, all whilst developing food that will delight our consumers every day!   

Suitable degrees:  

Food Science/Technology, Food & Nutrition, Science, or a related field.
