This trial will see our staff retain 100 percent of their salaries, while working 80 percent of the time and delivering 100 percent of business outcomes. The Business Development Representative, the Unilever Future Leaders Program is designed to be fully functional in the 4-Day work week trial.

Key Features of UFLP: 

• Duration: 2-year program
• Location: Australia – Sydney base
• Hands-on work experience in the factories and different areas of Supply Chain
• Work with experts across the entire Supply Chain function
• Mentors/coaches from the Leadership team and across the Unilever world
• Access to a tailored training and development plan
• In a highly agile environment, you will be involved in Projects and initiatives that will equip you with the ‘skills of the future’

What do we look for? 

• Bachelor’s Degree in any related discipline, preferably Engineering, Food Science/Technology, or Digital and Emerging Technologies.
• Resilient and confident individuals who can communicate effectively
• Have a passion for high performance and can work collaboratively
