Our Grad Program

Eligibility
You must be Australian or New Zealand Citizen OR an Australian Permanent Resident AND be in your final year of study of a university degree OR completed an undergraduate or postgraduate degree no more than 3 years ago.

You’ll need to be available to start with us as a permanent employee in February 2024.

With unique specialist teams covering such a wide range of expertise, you’ll be spoilt for choice. 

As a Grad within Human Resources, you’ll have the opportunity to rotate through different teams to build your experience and grow your network. A Grad will complete three rotations across the HR business that align with their interests and skill set, while giving them a truly diverse experience across the multitude of roles that are available in Human Resources. 

In the past, our Grads’ exposure has ranged from supporting employees with HR policy advice to helping launch an employee self-service portal; contributing to the research, strategy, and initiatives behind our vision to developing websites, social media strategies and brand campaigns to attract new employees and build engagement with existing employees; and shadowing senior leaders, which provided the opportunity to participate in associated workshops, training and summits. Participating in extra-curricular groups such as The Youth Network and community initiatives, including graduate committees, is also all part of the Grad experience.

· HR Business Partner

· HR Project Lead

We consider graduates from, but not limited to: Business Management, Human Resources, Arts & Humanities, Psychology and Law.
